Inergy Systems is committed to helping you get the most from your energy management solutions. If you're having trouble with your demand management system or any related hardware, please review our Customer support videos located on the Help Tab of your IHC account. If after reviewing them, you are still having issues, then please contact the installing vendor. While we provide assistance for our Inergy Home Connect applications (web and mobile), please note that hardware support should be handled by the company that sold or installed your demand management system. Inergy does not sell hardware directly to consumers, and as such, personal support must be provided by your vendor.

The intent of this video library is to encourage homeowners to view the specific video(s) associated with their concern. Doing so may solve the issue. These videos will make you familiar with your system and streamline the interaction with our team as we solve your concerns.

Optional Inergy Support for Hardware

If the company that sold or installed your hardware is unable to assist you, Inergy may be able to provide direct hardware support (there may be costs in doing so). Our technicians can be sent onsite to address your issue, but please note that additional charges will apply for this service.
